The core of the design is a contemporary swimming pool featuring clean lines and a simple, geometric shapes.. The design is centered around a knife-edge pool and spa. Complementing the aquatic element is a striking spherical bubbler on the sun shelf and a rain wall, adding both visual interest and a calming auditory experience. The opposite side of the pool showcases an overhanging wood sundeck with a slat wall privacy screen. Located behind the privacy screen is an outdoor shower.

The contemporary sunken outdoor living area represents a seamless blend of style and entertainment for modern luxury living. It is defined by its clean, linear design. It serves as a dedicated zone for relaxation and socializing. This creates a private retreat separate from the main house. Built-in bench seating wraps around a central, wood burning fire pit, providing warmth and ambiance after hours. Louvered panels provide privacy and texture. Subtle integrated lighting enhances the serene atmosphere of this elegant, entertainment-ready haven.
